No fantastic recipes here. But the yolks are the best part for (older) babies and children; you could just scramble them and let the kids eat them, if they like eggs. Try allrecipes.com - they have an ingredient search. (Comes in handy!)
Fried rice goes over well at my house and is a good way to use up eggs yolks. Or add them to french toast batter.
Key lime pie - just egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.
