Cooking question

Do any of you ladies have recipes that call for just egg yolks? Just curious, because I have a lot of recipes that call for just the egg white. It seems wasteful to throw away all those yolks. Got any ideas?

No fantastic recipes here. But the yolks are the best part for (older) babies and children; you could just scramble them and let the kids eat them, if they like eggs.

Try allrecipes.com - they have an ingredient search. (Comes in handy!)

Fried rice goes over well at my house and is a good way to use up eggs yolks. Or add them to french toast batter.

Key lime pie - just egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.
