Tues 10/21: 3 mile video w/ 3 lb weights
Weds 10/22: (same)
Thur 10/23: (same)
Fri 10/24: (same)
Sat 10/25: (same)
Sun 10/26: 200 various sit-ups
Still waiting to feel better, but I realize it's not going to happen instantaneously.
