Check-In


Mon. 11/17: 145 various arm exercises w/ 5lb weights; 140 various sit-ups; 300 various leg lifts
Tues. 11/18: run 2.7 miles (treadmill) @ 5.2 mph; speed walked .4 miles; total: 3.1 miles; took 38 min.s
Weds. 11/19: 190 various sit-ups
Thurs. 11/20: 3 mile video w/ 3 lb weights; 90 various sit-ups

And... I lost 3 pounds!!!
