Fall leaves- quick dry

The kids went outside yesterday with a mission: find the prettiest leaves in the yard for a Fall craft. Boy, they sure did. Here's their loot. Sweet gum, maple, decorative pear, and peach tree leaves.

We were needing to dry them quickly so... we microwaved them!
Just place leaves between two pieces of paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 30 sec. or until the leaves have no more moisture.

Here it is dried.

Here's the whole batch dried.
Once dried, you can glue them with craft glue to whatever craft you're doing!

Their Fall projects turned out really cute. I'd love to share photos, but I can't until this weekend. The project is for my mother, who will be visiting this weekend. Once she sees it, I'll post pics.
