Pregnancy weight gain

Found a calculator online that you can use to estimate how much weight you should gain during your pregnancy (and to see if you're below, above, or on target right now).

Yea! I'm right on target! So far I've gained 14 pounds.

Also, it was interesting to find out that pregnant momma's should only be adding 100-300 more calories more a day than they were pre-pregnancy. That sort of dissolves the whole "eating for two" adage.
