Stir Fry

I needed some bean sprouts for a recipe earlier this week and didn't know what in the world to do with the other 2/3 of a can. Couldn't stand the thought of throwing it out. So I concocted this recipe and the family gave it all a thumbs up!

Stir Fry
Serves: 6
Cook in large skillet:
1/2 lb sausage
Spoon out and set aside in a bowl lined with paper towel.
Saute the following in the sausage grease:
1/4 large onion, chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
seasoning packet from (1) Chicken Ramen Noodles pkg.
pepper to taste
While sauteing veggies, cook in another pot:
Ramen noodles
When veggies are tender crisp, add the cooked sausage, cooked noodles, and bean sprouts. Stir and heat through.
