Walking Away the Pounds

I am now just shy of being 3 months post-partum and I'm walking away the pounds and getting fit. Joined a weight loss/health/accountability class at the church. I've cut out grain carbs (bread, pasta, noodles, corn, etc.) and I'm feeling great! (I'll post more on the why's and how's of deciding to go grain-free in a later post.) Taking my herbs. Trying hard to rebuild my ab muscles. I want to be as healthy as possible, both for the King I serve and for another future pregnancy (if the Lord wills).
