Food

Here's a batch of my Kombucha.
Sooooo good. And good for you!

Grain Free Muffins
*so good... notice there's 2 missing!*

1 C nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.)
1/3 C honey
2 eggs
1 Tbls lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking soda
approx. 1/4 C mini chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients with a mixer until well blended. Spoon into greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 350F for approx. 15-17 mins. (About the time you start smelling it, take it out, it's probably done!) Yields 24 mini muffins. Do not over bake.

Seriously, it has the exact same texture as a regular muffin would, just grain free. SO yummy! I prefer it with peanut butter myself.
